MANUFACTURING PROCESS

• In our production, great attention  is paid to the choice of materials.

• We use MDF boards raw and laminated of  finest European manufacturers KAINDL,  HALLEIN, and ALFAWOOD ,as well as particle bords laminated with melamine foil  ( KRONOSPAN and EGGER ).

• For surface treatment we use  high-quality paints from Italian manufacturers  ICA and ICRO.

•This  choice of a quality source material provides a high quality of a finished product.

• Processing of furniture is done by newest CNC machines with high accuracy and quality from the manufacturer BIESSE.

• In our production we use MDF boards both raw and laminatedwith melamine foil high thickness. Every part of our cabinets is banded on all four sides with melamine or ABS band.

• We also use particleboards laminated with melamine foil,what provide complete moisture resistance.

•Finishing of MDF boards is done in several layers with high quality polyester fillerand then with poyurethane gloss enamel of well-known Italian manufacturersICA and ICRO. All of that makes MDF to plastificate which gives it high durability and resistance.
